The 2022 Perseid’s happened during a full moon, so many of the meteors and deep space objects were drowned out by moonlight, but, the brightest fireballs from this iconic meteor shower will still be seen, and, the moon and planets themselves are pretty awesome to observe through the telescope! Saturn will also be at opposition on August 14th and in conjunction with the moon. Jupiter will be visible as well.
